You are eligible to apply for an Employment Pass for Singapore if you meet the following requirements:

You will be in a position managerial, executive, or specialized position, and your salary 6000 SGD per month for at least

if you are a shareholder or hold a management position in the sponsoring company, with at least one year of management experience

The sponsor company Must have made at least 1.6 million SGD in the last financial year

You must have adequate qualifications, such as a university diploma, special skills, or professional qualifications

if you need to open a new company in Singapore you can hold 100% of the company shares. and the company's business activity must be related to the applicant's previous work experience
Program Benefits
Being able to include children, and parents, spouses can work in Singapore by applying for a LOC
